Samuel and Laura Fogleman to host
inaugural DuoWest “Artifacts”
Fundraiser

DuoWest is proud to announce its first ever gala fundraiser
at the Scottsdale residence of Samuel and Laura Fogleman
who have graciously opened their home to DuoWest for this
special event to raise funds for the commissioning of
“Artifacts.”  DuoWest has combined forces with
internationally renowned and celebrated vocal composer
Craig Bohmler, and award-winning lyricist Marion Adler to
create a new work (song cycle) for soprano, cello and piano
that musically evokes the mystery and disappearance of the
great Hohokam civilization.  Many of us are familiar with
news reports of the discovery of Hohokam artifacts while
the light rail was being excavated.  This new composition,
slated for its World Premiere in April 2009 is being partially
supported in part by the Argosy Foundation, the Arizona
Commission on the Arts in conjunction with National
Endowment for the Arts and also your individual and
corporate donations.

Look for your invitation in the mail to this one-of-a-kind
benefit concert complimented by gourmet light fare,
distinctive wines, dessert, and coffee.  This will be a unique
and memorable evening not to be missed.  Tickets are
$75.00 dollars per person and can be purchased directly
through our secure PayPal page, or with your Visa card
through DuoWest by phone on the DuoWest Hotline 480-
650-2098 or through our mailed invitations.  A portion of the
ticket price is tax deductible.*  Purchase your tickets early as
seating is limited  and is expected to sell out quickly:  due to
the limited seating all tickets must be purchased by
November 1st 2008.
